This Privacy Policy describes how Audiobus ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our mobile application, Audiobus (the "App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Starting from release 3.6 you can access to limited App features or you can subscribe for unlimited access to all features.
Auto-renewing subscription (“Premium Weekly”) price is 2.99 usd / 2.99 eur per week; length of subscription is one week (Auto-renewing) prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.
Auto-renewing subscription (“Premium Yearly”) price is 9.99 usd / 9.99 eur per year; length of subscription is one year (Auto-renewing) prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.
Payment is charged to iTunes Account at the confirmation of the purchase.
Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior the end of the current period at the cost of the weekly package.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto renewal may be turned off by logging to the users iTunes Account Settings.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting in the logging to the users iTunes Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
Unused portions of a free-trial period are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

1.1 Personal Information: We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it to us. The App may request access to your device's photo library to enable photo editing features, but we do not collect or store any photos or image data from your device.
1.2 Usage Information and Analytics: We may collect non-personal information about how users interact with the App, including but not limited to device information (such as device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers), app usage data, and analytics information. This data is collected in an anonymous and aggregated form and is used to analyze trends, track user engagement, and improve the functionality and performance of the App. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is used solely for statistical purposes.
2.1 Personal Information: Any personal information voluntarily provided by you will be used solely for the purpose for which it was provided, such as responding to inquiries or providing customer support. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in this Privacy Policy.
2.2 Usage Information: The non-personal information we collect is used to analyze trends, track user engagement, and improve the App's performance and user experience. We may also use this information to personalize your experience, provide you with targeted advertisements, and monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. However, this information will never be used to personally identify you.
