This Privacy Policy describes how 1Flechazo ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our mobile application, 1Flechazo (the "App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
You can access to limited App features or you can subscribe for unlimited access to all features.
Auto-renewing ’Weekly Premium’ subscription price is 5.99 usd / 5.99 eur per week and offers a 3-days free trial; length of subscription is one week (Auto-renewing); prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.
Auto-renewing ’Yearly Premium’ subscription price is 69.99 usd / 69.99 eur per year and offers a 3-days free trial; length of subscription is one year (Auto-renewing); prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.
Payment is charged to iTunes Account at the confirmation of the purchase.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior the end of the current period at the cost of the weekly package.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto renewal may be turned off by logging to the users iTunes Account Settings.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting in the logging to the users iTunes Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
Unused portions of a free-trial period are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

1.1 Personal Information:
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
The App requests access to your device's photo library so that you can select photos or screenshots (for example chat screenshots or profile images) to use with the suggestion features. Images are accessed only when you actively select them, and are handled as described in Section 3 below.
1.2 Usage Information, Analytics and Advertising: We collect non-personal information about how users interact with the App, including device information (such as device type, operating system version, and advertising or device identifiers), app usage data, and analytics information. We use analytics and attribution providers, including Google Firebase, Kochava and Superwall, to measure app performance, understand which marketing campaigns bring users to the App, and manage subscriptions. On iOS, identifiers used for advertising attribution are collected only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. This information is not used to identify you personally and is never combined with the photos or screenshots you submit to the suggestion features.
2.1 Personal Information: Any personal information voluntarily provided by you will be used solely for the purpose for which it was provided, such as responding to inquiries or providing customer support. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in this Privacy Policy.
2.2 Usage Information: The non-personal information we collect is used to analyze trends, track user engagement, and improve the App's performance and user experience. We may also use this information to personalize your experience, provide you with targeted advertisements, and monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. However, this information will never be used to personally identify you. The photos and screenshots you submit to the suggestion features are never used for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.
