This Privacy Policy describes how Plantora ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our mobile application, Plantora (the "App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
You can access limited Plantora features or subscribe for unlimited access to all features.
Auto-renewing subscriptions are available with the following options:
- Premium Weekly: $2.99 USD / €2.99 EUR per week
- Premium Yearly: $29.99 USD / €29.99 EUR per year
Prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.
Payment and Renewal:
- Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same price and duration period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected subscription package.
Managing Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by logging into the user's iTunes Account Settings.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Free Trial Period:
- You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings in your iTunes Account. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial to avoid being charged.
- Any unused portion of a free-trial period is forfeited upon subscription purchase.
