Privacy Policy for AR Sketch Art Mobile Application

This Privacy Policy describes how AR Sketch Art ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our mobile application, AR Sketch Art: Camera Drawing (the "App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

AR Sketch Art is a drawing and tracing application. It shows an image over your camera view so you can trace it onto paper, and it offers drawing lessons, a two-player drawing mode and photo-to-sketch styles. The App does not require you to register an account.

The camera feed is processed in real time on your device only to display the image you are tracing. We do not record, store or upload the camera feed. Photos, videos and time-lapses you choose to capture are saved only to your device's photo library, using the "add to Photos" permission. Images you select from your photo library, Files or camera are used on your device to display them for tracing; with the system photo picker, the App can only access the items you select.

When you use a Photo to Sketch style that requires online processing, the selected photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our image-processing provider solely to create the styled image. It is not used for any other purpose, is not used to train models, and is deleted after processing. We ask for your permission before the first upload.

When you draw with a friend, the App sends the room code and your drawing strokes through our servers so that both players see the same session. This data is not linked to your identity and is deleted when the session ends.

The App may include a built-in browser to find images on third-party websites. Those websites are not operated by us and are governed by their own privacy policies.

To provide premium features, we verify your subscription receipt through Apple's StoreKit framework. This verification is completed on Apple's servers; we do not store any payment information. Your coin balance and the drawings saved in your Profile are stored on your device. You can delete them at any time by removing them within the App, or by uninstalling the App, which erases all local data from your device.

You can access to limited App features or you can subscribe for unlimited access to all features.

Auto-renewing 'Weekly Premium' subscription price is 2.99 usd / 2.99 eur per week and offers a 7-days free trial; length of subscription is one week (Auto-renewing); prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.

Auto-renewing 'Yearly Premium' subscription price is 29.99 usd / 29.99 eur per year and offers a 7-days free trial; length of subscription is one year (Auto-renewing); prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.

Payment is charged to iTunes Account at the confirmation of the purchase.

Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto renewal may be turned off by logging to the users iTunes Account Settings.

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting in the logging to the users iTunes Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.

Unused portions of a free-trial period are forfeited upon subscription purchase.
