Privacy Policy for Typefinity Mobile Application
This Privacy Policy describes how Typefinity ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our mobile application, Typefinity (the "App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Typefinity is a custom system keyboard (a keyboard extension). By default the keyboard does not require "Full Access" and works without any network connection.
iOS lets you optionally grant the keyboard "Full Access." If you enable it, Typefinity uses it only to provide specific features. Although iOS technically allows a keyboard with Full Access to access what you type, we do not read, collect, log, store on our servers, or transmit the text you type. The keyboard does not use the network and sends no data off your device.
To improve typing, the App stores certain data locally on your device only: autocorrection suggestions you have dismissed (so they are not offered again) and how frequently and in which context you type words (to power word suggestions). This information never leaves your device and is permanently removed when you uninstall the App.
You can access to limited App features or you can subscribe for unlimited access to all features.
Auto-renewing 'Weekly Premium Trial' subscription price is 2.99 usd per week and offers a 7-days free trial, length of subscription is one week (Auto-renewing); prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.
Auto-renewing subscription (’Yearly Premium’) price is 19.99 usd / 19.99 eur per year; length of subscription is one year (Auto-renewing); prices vary by country; please check the specific terms that apply to you at the time of purchase, displayed in the app and on the purchase confirmation alert.
Payment is charged to iTunes Account at the confirmation of the purchase.
Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration period unless auto renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior the end of the current period at the cost of the weekly package.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto renewal may be turned off by logging to the users iTunes Settings.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription setting in the logging to the users iTunes Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
Unused portions of a free-trial period are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
1.2 Usage Information and Analytics We may collect non-personal information about how users interact with the App, including but not limited to device information (such as device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers), app usage data, and analytics information. This data is collected in an anonymous and aggregated form and is used to analyze trends, track user engagement, and improve the functionality and performance of the App. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is used solely for statistical purposes.
